Charlie Weiss, HC of the worst Notre Dame team in 20 years, looked like a genius as the Pats offensive coordinator. Now we know why...

In other news, have y'all seen the Oregon vs. Houston mascot fight? Too funny!

They should have also suspended him for the rest of the year I think.

Hehe. I never liked Brady. Looks like my 'Boys are gonna win again and be 2-0. No Terry Glenn, no problem, we still have Sam Hurd and Tony Curtis.

I'm thinking about ordering a pizza to watch how the Pats handle the Chargers without their little video cameras later tonight. I'm afraid the Pats probably still have some of their audibles on tape from last year so it still might not be totally fair. Sound like a plan?

handling san diego pretty good so far...

and homo has done great for me in fantasy football so far!!

just wish that my saints would stop playing like they're the old saints again. :(

payton needs to redo his playbook because his vanilla offense right now won't bore the defenses to sleep and the saints D looks like a joke and only makes me think how much money is being wasted on david...who has been burned too many times for someone making his kind of money.

It's the weekend again so it's time for this again.

College is now finished with 4 weeks. Out of 119 D1 teams 23 remain undefeated. By the end of next week a maximum of 20 undefeated teams will remain because Cal plays Oregon, Michigan State plays Wisconsin, and South Florida plays West Virginia. On another note, Hawaii is the only non BCS team that is still undefeated. NFL is tomorrow but following college undefeateds is more fun. It's like a reality show. Who will be the next to go. Will anybody finish undefeated?

The 23 undefeated teams.

Arizona State Sun Devils (4-0)
Boston College Eagles (4-0)
California Golden Bears (4-0)
Cincinnati Bearcats (4-0)
Clemson Tigers (4-0)
Connecticut Huskies (4-0)
Florida Gators (4-0)
Hawaii Warriors (4-0)
Kansas Jayhawks (4-0)
Kentucky Wildcats (4-0)
Michigan St. Spartans (4-0)
Missouri Tigers (4-0)
Louisiana State Tigers (4-0)
Ohio State Buckeyes (4-0)
Oklahoma Sooners (4-0)
Oregon Ducks (4-0)
Purdue Boilermakers (4-0)
Rutgers Scarlet Knights (3-0)
Southern California Trojans (3-0)
South Florida Bulls (3-0)
Texas Longhorns (4-0)
West Virginia Mountaineers (4-0)
Wisconsin Badgers (4-0)

I would love for my Longhorns to go through the whole season undefeated again. But the way they have been playing (and getting arrested) I'm not sure it's in the cards this year. The big test will be against Oklahoma in two weeks.

I go to Appalachian State (not currently, but that's another story). I'm so proud of our guys. Even though we lost on Saturday.

Oh well, it wasn't really a surprise. After beating Michigan, App St had the biggest target on their backs out of anybody. That upset will live forever though. What's really funny is that Michigan beat top 10 Penn St. on Saturday which helps give the upset even more credence. I hope Michigan wins the Big 10 title this year. Not that I'm a Michigan fan, but because it would be so embarrassing for D1. Especially if Michigan won the Rose Bowl.

My Cowboys are now 3-0. :D Watched them dismantle the Bears in Chicago, I haven't been this excited about the Cowboys in years. Who thinks they'll be the NFC representative in the Super Bowl?

Ok now my question while waiting for next week is... which undefeated team is the most surprising to you?

South Florida, without a doubt. They didn't even have a football team until 1997. 11 years later they are division 1a, in a BCS conference, and ranked in the top 25 for the first time ever. And they play a very tough opponent this week- West Virginia. Should be a good game.

i'd hope my tigers go undefeated but the SEC IS the toughest conference in college football....so it'll be hard.

Speaking of that particular game, if you don't want to miss it remember that it is tomorrow and not on Saturday. Boise State plays somebody tonight. I predict that WVU will win. It's being played in Florida but USF beat WVU last time which ruined WVU's season last year and I would not want to face WVU in a revenge game. USF is very good though. I watched them beat Auburn in Auburn stadium on TV. USF missed 4 field goals in that game and still won. What was even more impressive was that they did it with defense and the running game. Their QB Matt Grothe I think is just as good as Pat White, they have a good running back, too, although he's not exactly Steve Slaton.

I think the Cal/Oregon game may be very interesting.

Given up on the Saints skafather after that debacle on Monday night? With the way LSU is playing that's understandable. Geaux Tigers.

And how stupid was Mike Vick to get caught stoned?
