^My guess is credit card debt.

My girlfriend is on SSI & defaulted on most of her credit cards in the last couple years due to her depression causing her to spend more & she couldn't afford keep paying the interest. One card even started lowering her limit as she made payments & Cass realized that she would not be able to use the card even if she would have kept paying it. After she defaulted she started making small payments of like $10 a month & not much is happening with them.

However one card sent her something in the mail right after she defaulted but she didn't receive anything else from them till about 9 months later when someone from the sheriff department knocked on our apartment door to serve her papers about being sued by the credit card company. Cass filled out the paperwork & checked online & realized some other forms are usually included as well which she printed & also filled out & mailed. A status conference was already scheduled for close to a month after she was served. The conference could of been done remotely by something like Zoom but we went to court & the attorney doing the lawsuit did it remotely. The attorney asked Cass if she could afford any monthly payments & Cass responded No. The attorney said she'd ask to put a judgement on Cass's credit report but not attempt a garnishment & they'll review again a couple years later. Cass has a judgement on her report but no garnishment. Cass was planning to start paying a tiny bit on that card shortly after defaulting but she decided not to pay anything since the next time she received something was the papers saying she was being sued. We're not going to reward hardball tactics, especially when they added to the amount Cass owes(legal & court fees).

I was depressed & kept spending more money too. I wish I have friend who can let me borrow $2,500

I don't know how much that is in UK dollars, but I know that alot of money. I used to have $8,000 in savings.

I wish I can get a loan, I HAVE TO GET OUT OF HERE. The staff is killing me, they keep making things worse, I feel like I'm going get a mental breakdown, they were a few times when I went soooooo crazy, I'm getting dangerously close to getting a mental breakdown. No one want to help me. I wish I can die in my sleep.

My score is 613, that cuz of my debts, I'm paying some money.
