I respect you for holding firm to your beliefs without the need to smack others in the face with it.

I don't expect to make any conversions or reclaim any lost sheep. I don't do that kind of thing. I'm not any kind of radical, so get that out of your head.

I read your comments on this and many, many other threads, slowmutant, and I have for weeks. what I have in my head is not that you are a 'radical', but then I have no problem with radicals.

how christian of you to think it sin in the first place. challenging your self so you can express to them how generous you are to them in their sin. challenging yourself to show to them you don't look down upon them for their sin, oh no! but always ready to council them in the spirit of compassion and love if they chose to redeem themselves. What I have in my head is that this is an imposition, not that you are a radical.

Hi Drillbit.

I'm male and woman oriented, but questioned myself many years ago.
Certainly not ashamed of it and have never kept it a secret.
I'm actually envious of those that are bi.
So I try to do the best I can with my orientation.

As you can see with my above post I take this as a serious issue.
I will not tolerate bullys or trolls in any form.
And most likely will just let him stew in his own prison and not derail this thread any longer.
I baited the troll and they hate it when you don't bite back.

Welcome to WP.

I think it's probably MUCH more challenging for the homosexuals everywhere to live alongside the Christians.
Especially those who feel their sexual orientation makes them better people than others.
See slowmutat, this is a prime example of why I find organized and disorganized religion depressing. Religion separates us all from each other.

Re ''fa***t''- all the good religious folk would gather in the town square and enjoy a nice bonfire, using ''fa***ts'' for kindling! Got marshmallows?

As long as I have been around I have never had this so called homosexual knock on my front door trying to convert me. But you know who has? [/quote]
If only they had, my life would have been very different!

One time when the Witnesses came ringing my doorbell, after explaining to them as usual that I already had a religion I was perfectly satisfied with, I suggested that next time, they send the Williams sisters over- I'd be willing to talk to them. They haven't been back since!

Are you sure it means kindling? I thought the Brit term fa***t meant cigarette. Pretty sure it says that in the dictionary.

I keep hearing the lyrics in my head to the song "Real Men". ... "don't call me a fa***t unless you are a friend".

Brits call a cigarette a 'fag' plural 'fags'. have no idea why, maybe because they're small and you set light to them :? like fa***ts i.e. small pieces of wood; kindling.
