Funny, but having just spent a while reading it (and laughing out loud), I thought exactly that, too. Reminded me of "The extreme male brain" theory of Baron-Cohen.
I can understand those who have got offended, but I'm sure a lot of the worst of it is purely to shock, the message of hatred is not real. My opinion is that he is a very smart man. What look like mindless rants actually contain many cultural references and he is a master at imaginative and hilarious metaphors and allegories.
It's a shame he goes way to far as at core I believe there's some sense in what he's saying. For the last 30 years I've heard so much anti-man vitriole, it's not surprising something like this has emerged to restore the balance. And during those same 30 years, the anti-male world has overseen the redefinition of normal rough-and-tumble boy behaviour diagnosed as a disease called ADHD/Hyperactivy and the redefinition of normal intellectual/nerd boy behaviour diagnosed as a disease called Aspergers. Maybe these are not diseases at all, just normal male brain behavior being misjudged in a world where to be male is politically incorrect.
