The last, great Star Wars game was KOTOR

zomg. teh star warz is only 1 day away from teh uk!! ! so getting it tommorow!. anyone as uberly hyped and so hyped cba to do anything else as a result as me? woop! go starwarz

I played the demo of it.
I think it's alright.
Should be an M game though so you can actually cut up stormtroopers with a lightsaber instead of hitting them with a foam bat.

From what I have heard all the versions of the game a decent but defiantly not stellar. I did hear that its pretty short, so I am not getting it now its not worth the money, I might rent it, or buy it used but six to eight hours of game time is not enough for me to hand over a large bit of money.

wow. got the game today. it is amasing! seriously. although one thing i would like to comment on is the levels are very long ^^. can be a little daunting. but its still fun. alot of cool clips in it. although you cant skip them. wich is a shame. also you can change lightsaber colour. anywho. im only up to the 3rd (4th if you count the vader lvl) level and iv been playing since roughly 1pm uk time. so its not as short as people say it is. as far as im aware. although its not been 8 hours yet so. well see. but it does seem pretty long to me. and i still think its a great game. anywho. back to playing! ^^

It's fun, but it could/should have been a lot better. The story is awesome so far. It really sheds new light on the events that happen in the original trilogy.

The controls sucks , that what happens when a game of a PC type is released on consoles.

True, EA claims that PS2 is stronger than any pc....

by matters most, do you mean "has the least sales"? or maybe "becoming increasingly irrelevant"?

i still love rocking the asdw but gotta be realistic about it: the pc is a dying platform for video games.

the pc was always the least sales but it's not dying and it won't die. We already discussed that to death in another thread. (in summary: The GPU monster companies won't allow the death of PC gaming) and just see how many good PC titles games are going to be released in the next few months.

Having a ship that's literally 1 mile long ... how unrealistic is that?

And the Death Star is supposed to be the size of a small moon.

I don't understand how the Star Wars Universe can build things to that scale.
