If I could choose, I'd be Piplup or maybe Togepi because Piplup is my favourite Pokemon but Togepi is my second favourite plus it's Metronome move allows it to use any possible Pokemon move.

I would be Mewtwo, Darkrai, or Deoxys. Mainly because they can all talk and have a human-like figure.

EDIT: Oh and because they can fly.
