feet have been frozen in the morning

reynaulds phenomneon

paranoid of frostbite, gangrene, or amuptation

but whatever

trying not to overreact

physically painful though

yesterday 8pm got home from work. changed socks. all of a sudden, feet frozen.

42 years old. it's only getting worse.

maybe doctor will write me a letter for work about reynaulds syndrome and make it so i don't have to work outside in the rain or something.

exhausted all the options.

9 am woke up from nap and feet frozen

Wasn't particularly cold temperature today about 55 fahrenheit

Reynolds phenomenon

woke up from nap

feet frozen

not that cold today

hasn't been raining for a couple of weeks

thank buddha

sooner or later it will rain again

hate being lot attendant. like mailman

feet still cold but not as cold lately.

maybe i will summon up the courage to get tested for reynaulds phenomenon or get a colonoscopy.

To keep on topic I'm going to admit to poor foot circulation (and that was BEFORE bypasses from heart to calves) so I had trouble with cold feet when stationary.

What I wanted to tell you was that I enjoy "statements overheard on the bus" but didn't want to break the continuity.
I wonder if there's a way to prevent anyone else posting.

Yesterday bed

Feet frozen 3 to 11:30pm

Uncomfortable and painful

Could not sleep

Three pairs of socks and five blankets

This morning feet and hands frozen

9am, 37 degrees fahrenheit

Joints stiff

Old man

Sooner or later have to go to the doctor but postpone it for the time being
