For another company he designed and built electric vehicles for various uses from going in hospital corridors to industrial applications, and for another company he designed the worlds first industrial food processing machine, and for a well known car company he designed trailers and for yet another well known car company he designed a massive trailer that was taken in a ships hold in three pieces (Three shiploads) which was shipped from the UK and assembled in the Middle East and was used to carry massive pipes from ships so they could be carried and taken to be used on big oil pipelines.
His Dad was also a designer who also had a small coachbuilding company. Their ancestors had built horsedrawn carriages for the Royal family a few hundred years ago. Is an interesting thing to find out about in the past.
On the other side of my Mums family which was the English side is a Welsh connection as they started Wales' number one "Welsh" company which was celebrated as this a few years ago. I don't think they realize they are directly related to English ancestors despite having what is assumed to be a Welsh sounding sirname. Is a funny old world!

My Dads side were Welsh but going back to the 8th centuary or before were said to be descendants of a Norwegian King. (I don't know much about that as my brother found out while researching the family tree.

Your family sounds very interesting and has made quite a contribution to the world! It's cool that I'm communicating with someone whose family did all that!

Can I ask how you reply to someone? I think I read you hit "quote", but when I do, the person's whole post comes up and there's no way that I can see a space for me to reply. And when there is only part of a person's message you want to reply to, what do you do?

I know, I'm a pain in the ass! Haha

Just delete extra text between [quote="ArtNotes"】 and [/quote】.
Then write what you want to say after[/quote】

If you want to reply to different paragraphs separately, you can copy and paste the words with "[quote="ArtNotes"】 and "[/quote】

If you hit "quote" then the what you are looking at will be embedded between quote and /quote tags. You can add a response after the final /quote tag...or before the initial quote...or if you really want to make things confusing you can misquote them by tampering with the text between the quote & /quote tags, but that is not recommended.

We all have. Not one of us can say that we have not contributed to this world in one way or another and this world is all the richer because of us.

Thank you all for helping me with the reply situation. I just saw some of your messages now, so I will try what you have said. If I still can't get it, I'll keep replying the way I have been and I'm sorry for that!
