yesterday, in the breakroom, either greg/anthony rh/rae said that lot attendant "x" got made redundant.

i do not have access to employee records, so i have no way to know for certain.

i did not ask or tell them anything. i just happened to be in the breakroom the same time as those three stupid homophobic lil boys. they (on previous occasions) said that they were convicted felons. (rolls eyes) (puke).

"x" had only been working there about three months or so (maybe still on probation).

the hallway has a picture of "x" smiling, holding up a homer award.

meanwhile, my worthless corpse has been working there four years ten months and only one homer award in december 2020. and that was when everyone got a homer award.

A couple of months ago, flooring associate John m got made redundant. After that he got "servant of the month"

I'm trying as hard as I could to avoid getting made redundant, but there doesn't seem to be much of a pattern between servants that got made redundant and servants that got awards. Maybe it has more to do with having sex with the boss

angela s said that lazy boy steve (allegedly) was late to work one day and phoned someone and asked them to clock him in. someone snitched/tattled on lazy boy steve. steve got made redundant.

cashier tamika said that (former) ASM ashley wrote her up for being on the phone.

a servant said that another servant got on Final for hitting her fifth hour.

One thing that helped me cope with work better is I stopped caring about all the stuff other people do, unless it's directly affecting me. In the workplace I live by a rule " Not my problem". I honestly could care less who's sleeping with who or who is on probation.

Once I started letting go of caring about co-workers and their drama things started improving for me. I know a share of people don't like me very much but you know what? F___ em, they don't pay my bills or put food on the table.

servant one said that new associate Neo was "hiding". servant two said "where is he hiding?". servant one said "his car". servant two said "he's gonna get fired when CXM bao sees. i don't have a car so i can't hide."

wrong. home depot has plenty of hiding spots. "hide and seek": stove, microwave, garbage compactor, litterbox, boxes, washer, dryer, refrigerator.

reminds me of "punky brewster" when they played hide and seek and punky hid in the refrigerator.

yesterday i couldn't find my walkie talkie in the chargers, even though i put it in the correct location the previous time i went to work.

horrified that my stupid lil girl boss, supervisor angela w, will have the nerve to wrongfully accuse me of losing my walkie talkie and then make my worthless corpse redundant or write up.

she has zero critical thinking skills and she is not receptive to new information. her IQ score is lower than my shoe size. home depot should've made her redundant a long time ago.

kitchen designer angela s said that (former) lot/plumbing/hardware steve u got made redundant b/c he was late one day and phoned someone and asked them to clock in for him and someone tattled on him. (good riddance. that lazy boy was doing nothing except sitting on the picnic table at the phone for half his shifts.) meanwhile tattletale tom didn't micromanage lazy boy steve, but tattletale tom had the nerve to micromanage me. tattletale tom was "in" with lazy boy steve. tattletale tom and lazy boy steve are both "cool boys". On Tuesday in the locker room Angela w had the nerve to tell tool rental Ricky that head cashier Juan didn't do what she told him to do.

I am afraid Juan and I are going to get made redundant

I kind of like Juan and I don't like that many people

Today in the locker room lot attendant Chris g said that he wanted to be full time lot attendant but they would not let him because he got written up

It seems like plenty of reptiles got written up, not just me

tool rental ricky got a homer award

last year, (former) supervisor MA told ricky she was giving him three write ups.

a couple of days ago, in the lockerroom, a servant said that he thought he was going to get written up for messing up a custopmer order.

Today in the locker room, John v told OFA lead Dave that John got written up. Dave told John that safety is first priority.

Just last month, John won service employee and sales associate of the month. He could not have won more awards
