Ever since I uploaded my proof of income the day after the insurance had the nerve to tell me to do it, been checking the stupid lil portal every day

As of today it still says proof of income under review

However in the documents section it says that I need to send proof of income or those tarantulas will have the nerve to cancel my insurance

So now I have to phone those spiders , wait on hold for an hour and try to have a conversation with someone that doesn't have the skill or authority to do anything about it

If I fail I will ask my sister to come over and do it for me

Friday when I phoned the insurance, the woman told me that the insurance automatically sent everyone messages telling them to upload proof of income, or they lose their health insurance. The fact that I already uploaded my proof of income has nothing to do with it

But whatever

The insurance is part of the government. It could get away with doing anything it wants.
