maybe tomorrow the stupid lil boy gabriel will have the nerve to make me redundant b/c yesterday juan told me to sweep "the corral outside customer service" and instead i just swept "corral 'c' ". stupid me.

"at will" employer

stupid lil boy gabriel has his "favorites". even though his "favorites" earn the same $$ as me. but whatever.

his "favorites" get "bravo" awards for things like "asking for loading assistance".

while i got written up for "walking around listening to music."

if i took a test and got 99 correct and 1 wrong, i would get a "punishment". if gabriel's "favorites" took the same test and got 1 correct and 99 wrong, they would get a "reward".

under no circumstances do i get a reward. under no circumstances do his favorites get punishments.

(rolls eyes) (puke)

everyone has subconscious biases, but the double standards here show that gabriel is not even "tryng" to be "fair" in any sense of the word.

b/c of that, as well as other factors, i am terrified of getting made redundant while other servants might be doing the same thing and they might get Homer Awards at the same time. ("at will" employer) ("logic could be used to justify anything")
