I painted my fingernails. I haven't done that in a while. But the sparkly neon pink nail polish looked really pretty and wasn't expensive at all.

Visited my parents and watch Canada lose against Morocco. I'm going to watch the World Cup as a neutral from this point on. Both Canada and Germany are out.

I went to a farmers market today!

This has been an incredibly long day. I woke up around noon on Tuesday, it's currently the wee hours of Thursday morning. I had a brief afternoon nap around 1600 on Wednesday, but that didn't feel like the reset point of my day cycle.

In no particular order:

I got turnt.
I mixed and poured 32 bags of concrete (as previously mentioned).
I napped.
I played hockey (and lost). One of my teammates might have gotten a concussion. He insisted on playing afterwards.
I made tacos.
I mixed rice, a bit of leftover mashed potatoes and beans with the leftover taco meat to make burrito filling for later.
I got an absolute buttload of wobbly pop cans to return for refund.

Took a nap after lunch. I didn't go out today and I'm fine with that because I couldn't handle being around people today. Just feel so sad and constant worry about the Trump speak tonight. Refuse to watch it, but morbid curiosity. Won't! Just very worried and I knew this was coming. I'm not even 1/2 the man I once was, and whilst I miss the past me I can't get that back and I see no life ahead of me. My life is in the rear-view mirror. Just existing. Not suicidal today thank heavens, but my anxiety shot up big time and I needed to take a benzo to calm down and I worry about addiction and even though my therapist / med provider tells me I'm in no shape to come off of it, I want to get off of it.
