I just started watching. Such beautiful music, and I am looking forward to watching this.

A Nightmare on Elm Street (2010) on DVD

The original "Day of the Dead" by George Romero, where the zombies take over Florida and a group of scientists and soldiers hiding in an underground shelter are trying figure out a solution to the zombie outbreak above while slowly turning on each other and losing their morale.

This and "Night of the Living Dead" are the movies that I feel are the best metaphors created by Romero for why the US feels like it's on the brink of collapse today. The Scientists and Soldiers (like the Far Right and Far Left) hiding together can't agree on anything and grow more and more hostile towards each other instead of working together for survival.

George Romero having lived through the turmoil of the 1960's was very observant of America's slow dissent into societal collapse. That's why I like his zombie movies.
