Yes, that would make sense, but my cheapy version ( :oops: ) not Heinz, which contains vinegar, says 'once opened refrigerate'. Perhaps the manufacturers are covering themselves against any possible sauce misadventure. Society is becoming increasingly litigious. (No offence to Litigious)
