Um, I did say earlier this morning that I shall see how it goes. By that I meant, I will stay for now as long as I am able to continue to be more useful than unuseful. Thankyou for all the responses, I feel... surprised, actually. I did not realise I was liked.

All right, I have a Jeopardy answer for you!

The answer is, "Kate from Wrongplanet, for example"

The correct question is: "Who is a winner."

I find my mood embarrassing and humiliating considering I am a logical person the rest of the time. Because I have no support in my real life, and no friends or even people to talk to, everything spills over onto here because it is the only place I have come to feel somewhat accepted. I feel that in time, that will change and I dont want to be here for the time when everyone really starts resenting my depressive, pessimistic presence. :(

Whoa 8O I could have written that ^.

Me too!

Graelwyn, you're a lovely, TALENTED woman with much to offer...So what if you get in "moods" -- don't we all? Believe me, once I become even more comfortable here, I might just take the crown for most depressing, pessimistic posts.

"Who is a winner?" is the best possible question I could have probably had for her!

I see it this way, when we feel OK ourselves, we help others, then when we're not feeling so good, they help us. I'm glad you decided to 'see how it goes' And don't worry about posting whatever you feel you want to. That's what WP's for after all.

I think it would be a bad idea to leave. You are a good member here, and lots of people would miss you. I know you said that you found WP boring, mind you. In the end it's up to you.

Whenever I posted about my issues on other sites, I was accused of being an emo and such things. I used to mod on a spiritual site and the result of my moodiness was that all the other moderators turned on me and ganged up in chat one night and fired questions at me about my 'bad' behaviour.

I think your emotions just allow everyone to connect to you, not drive them away. We all suffer similar feelings, sometimes hopeless feelings. I also don't think you are accurately seeing the way others perceive you. My perception is of a very sensitive and caring person.

I have no idea of how others perceive me. I would think as a cold, uncaring analytical person. I don't think I'm really that way, but that is the way I come off to most people.

Is it a common feeling to have a misperception of how others see us?

Don't leave us as you contribute greatly.
