There’s nothing wrong with sexual talk if both people are comfortable with it. It might be more appropriate in adult though.

If the only two living humans are gay but want to propagate the human species, sperm donation seems like a sensible option.

I’m not an expert by any means, but it seems like fantasizing might help the donation process.

Can a person actually be gay if they've never encountered another same sex person?
