Spinoza - Spin osoby z autyzmem (Polish for "Spin of a person with autism). Spin - special interest (in Polish: "specjalne zainteresowanie").

The word is associated with the surname of famous 17th-century philosopher Baruch Spinoza, with the word "spin" (especially when its meaning is "special interest") and with the ending part "oza" (Polish words like "psychoza" ("psychosis") may spring to mind when thinking about the words ending with "-oza").
