If sex is pleasure, it is also responsibility. How many women simply refuse to take responsibility for their bodies BEFORE they are pregnant?

A person who beats a pregnant woman can be imprisioned for asault and battery already, without this type of law. If the beating causes a miscarriage, you can add grevious bodily injury (to the woman) to the list of charges, without this type of law.

so, what, you're saying that if a woman gets attacked in a way that causes her to miscarry, it's her own fault for beign irresponsible with her body?

Obviously not.

Control of one's own body, ie. claiming the right to abort, comes with the responsibility of making sure there are no unwanted occupants of the uterus. In other words, skanks don't get to complain about unwanted pregnancies.
