Those women were falsely accused and unjustly killed - that should not go unaddressed; their lives had value.

It was really said that some critical industries could or shouldn't use Microsoft, like remote surgery, you can't have blue screen or system crash BUT now they defining AI security and deploying Microsoft AI despite critical warning levels.

Always said a lack of planning on your side doesn't constitute an emergency on my behalf.

No. In reference to the "witch burnings", they occurred in Europe, not the United States.

So, if retributions for those "witch burnings are in order, go tell it to HRM King Charles III and the rest of the European leaders.

Again, the executions for witchcraft did not occur in the USA, but in Europe and the “English Colonies in the New World” under the auspices of the English King and other European rulers.

It was about a century before the USA even existed.

They were committed by the people who were involved in founding America no matter how you slice it. No 13 colonies, no America. You can't well ackshully your way past that.

Further, witch trials and persecution on the basis of claims of witchcraft didn't cease to occur after the American revolution. The murder of the Witch of Esperance (late 1700s), along with trials against Jane Kanniff (~1815) and Daniel Spofford (1878) come to mind

Even as recently as 1971 a woman by the name of Ann Stewart lost her job after being accused of being a witch (in Arizona).

It seems like America was not immune to taking accusations of witchcraft seriously even after it was independent from the UK.

Well screw that and the horse it rode in on. The people involved in rebellion against the British monarchy had not been born yet.

Come to think of it, the Crown-sanctioned Salem Witch trials preceded the First Amendment, which guaranteed the separation of church and state, and which in turn was inspired by events wherein the Crown prosecuted people on religious grounds . . . like executing people for alleged crimes against the established religious order . . . crimes like heresy . . . being a Jew . . . witchcraft . . .

I owe no reparations for crimes I did not commit -- deal with it.
