Haunted Hotel (2025)
streamed on Netflix
Season 1, episodes 1 through 10

Fun show. A woman and her two children, older boy, younger girl, move into hotel once owned by her brother. He is dead, and he haunts the place. He is voiced by Will Forte, and he is pretty cheerful for a ghost.
The hotel is filled with many ghosts.
There is also a young boy, about the same age as the young sister. His name is Abaddon, and he is a demon as old as time.

Last night we finally finished watching our way through all of the episodes of:

<=+=+=>The Addams Family [1964–1966]

It's not serious and not intended to be serious. It is just supposed to be entertaining and we thought it was!

I used to watch tv a lot, but I now watch very little tv.

However, last night I watched the first episode of Primeval on tubitv.

I thought it was too far removed from reality to be very good. I doubt that I ever watch another episode.

This was a interesting story involving a man (Jude Law) that arrives on a mysterious island where the people are fixed on preserving their religion and way of life.
There is also a woman (Katherine Waterson) who arrived on the island not long before him. She seems like the only "normal" person around.
I won't give any spoilers, but I included IMDB's episode description. They are honest without giving anything away.
I'll will say at times it is difficult to tell what is real and what is not real.
It is always difficult to tell who is being truthful or not.
The motivations of people is always questionable, because sometimes people lie.
Why don't people leave the island? There is no boat to the island. There is a causeway linking the island and the mainland. The approximately two mile stretch of road is submerged under water by the tide. That detail reminded me of The Woman in Black (a spooky film).

Coronation Street

Episodes from May and June 1961. Surprisingly perhaps, almost all of the first six months of the show, from December 1960 to June 1961, are available on YouTube. In black and white, and picture quality not the greatest at times, but fascinating stuff nonetheless. Ken Barlow, Emily Nugent, Annie Walker, Elsie Tanner and Alf Roberts are all there, and continued to be regulars into the 1980s, 1990s and beyond.
