You’ll find them on online dating sites such as OkCupid, Plenty of Fish, MeetMe, and Tinder. They’re usually less picky so they’re easier to match with.
Tried a couple for a while, I never matched with humans lol. I guess I'm just a different breed

From what you've wrote and the language you use (especially with quantifying people's value), it seems like you've followed a lot of redpill-type content. I'm not saying you're toxic and misogynistic like a portion of them are.
But it definitely seems like you don't go out and socialize much, and you form your opinions on people and dating based on what people say on these types of online communities. And those people aren't actually socializing or dating much either. It's the blind leading the blind.

Very well expressed.

Back when I used to frequent support groups, it was a common trope to find most of the men on the spectrum to be perpetually single. Even the average looking ones struggled immensely
Autistic men are disproportionately more likely to be nerdy and introverted, more likely to be socially anxious, less likely to be athletic and take their fitness seriously, and more likely to be either unemployed or work a crappy low paying job, and we’re more likely to live with our parents at older ages. All of these traits are negatively associated with dating success, so it’s not really much of a surprise that many men on the spectrum struggle.
The autistic men that don’t struggle with dating at all tend to either be fairly good looking and mildly autistic OR they go for women who aren’t that attractive.
My former autistic roommate had girlfriends but they tended to be ugly and fat. So if that’s who you’re willing to date, more power to you.
Where am I supposed to meet these women though? The "fat and ugly" ones who'd be open to dating me
As I see it, women who can be described as "ugly and fat" fall into 2 categories. The first category believes that any guy who would show an interest is either a total loser or just wants to take advantage, so those women remain voluntarily celibate. The second category doesn't care and when offered a chance for some dick will take it. I don't mean to suggest that those women are actually happy but they sometimes do find a willing long-term partner. To confirm, just go to any SF or Comic Con and look around.

I think the ones in the latter category tend to have some standards with who they date too though. I don't think any woman can possibly be undesirable to the opposite gender unless they have some serious physical disfigurements going on. I see "fat and ugly" women with handsome or fit men all the time espeically among younger folks

It's more a continuum.
One can also be swayed by family members. I was once criticized by my mother for asking out a woman she thought was too fat. Then when I went on that date, I couldn't help thinking she was indeed too fat, probably because of my mother's disapproval.
I don't know if market value is a harsh term. It certainly is mercantilist, transactional.
Market value has been around forever. it used to be called eligibility, which is what I still call it.
Don't know what the point is in creating tiers. A person's eligibility is pretty much objective. Everyone can tell.

This has certainly been my case. My mom continues to be confused why I almost exclusively end up dating overweight women, which is largely due to the law of supply and demand when it comes to the more slim/athletic women I'd prefer to be with
