Next session will be over the phone.

How's it going mate

Haven't spoken to her for a few days. Next session is 9th July. A bit nervous about it as it will be the first one over the phone.

Oh right, I thought that had happened already

Well it's not too long to wait is it

It's probably normal to feel nervous, especially if you're not used to talking to people

Have continued to have online chat sessions as I have a speech impediment and am not comfortable using the phone. I think the last session was the best yet. I really seem to be connecting emotionally with my therapist.

It's hard work though innit but it's well worth it when it works

Just had another good session with my therapist. She's on holiday for the next couple of weeks so no session until Aug 23rd. She very helpfully wrote me a letter to the local council saying that because of my Scizophrenia and ADHD I am very sensitive to noise from my neighbours and would be better off in a bungalow.

Great to hear you are getting help from a therapist! It can be a struggle to find someone who is a real benefit.

I'm downsizing my rose garden and talking to the people who come to take free roses.
It is so much easier when someone else digs up big roses.

Had another good session with my therapist today. Talked bout my addiction to takeaways and alcohol.

Have cancelled my membership with Betterhelp. Didn't feel like I was getting anywhere with my therapist.

How is it going for you?

Think my therapist was getting a bit frustrated with me as I am stuck in a rut at present and feel unable to change.
