That pizza I ate this morning. It has not sat well all day. It is a digestive issue, not food poisoning.
Missing a gall bladder has not helped either. LOL (see how I can laugh at annoying things?)

Why 2 of my PM messages were removed , due to PM filtering on my WP account . If they are considered Private Messages , why are they not private then. And no idea which messages were removed, Was not stated in the Red Letters that stated this had been done? And not inclined to use digusting language here either .Weird.

A man at the gym came to nitpick my form on the pec fly and tell me things I already know and he assumed I was new and about half my own age. "I was the same when I was young", he's barely any older than me. 40 maybe. He took over to demonstrate proper form and was encouraging me in a patronising way. Thing is, I've been doing this for years. I know the theory like the back of my hand and I can demonstrate perfect form when asked to for a few reps. But my form slips a bit because I'm clumsy and my body has a mind of its own. I hate that people perceive that and assume I'm a noob.
I told him that I run into the same sticking points even though I've come here for years (hint hint NOT NEW), and I know it feels better when my form is better. Trying to be humble about his advice and not sound defensive even though his input isn't welcome.

I know all of this. And I'm constantly trying to focus on putting theory into good practice. And I do better when I'm not being watched and scrutinised, people think they're helping me when they nitpick like that. But all they do is call attention to my lack of coordination that I can't fix.

^I wonder if that's his way of hittng on women. I heard some guys at gyms offer to assist women in an attempt to get a date/hook-up.

I've had a number of men do it but it never segues into anything else they just stick to the topic at hand. Plus "YOU'RE DOING IT ALL WRONG" isn't really flirty, or atleast, it doesn't turn me on! I think the approach is a chivalry attempt though, because it is always men and I think they're trying to rescue the young lady from her own form.

How my body will only start my period when I'm not already wearing a pad, even when I start to feel cramps and junk. I guess stained underwear is just another game my body loves to play to torture me.

On the plus side, I at least don't have to worry about the Big M for another short while.

That the autocorrect on my phone has took to changing "do" to "don't", which I've now got to be very careful to look out for, as getting those sorts of words wrong can turn a whole innocent sentence into an insult.
