I never managed to enter in Fallout so I would definitely go for RFG, I still don't own it but the reviews are great, in particular I remember reading something like "great for those with an appetite for destruction"...mmm, destruction...

I've just gotten "The Pitt and Op. Anchorage" module for Fallout 3, only seen the Anchorage bit so far, which was straightforward and short, nice enough looking but nothing special. I gather that the Broken Steel and Point Lookout one is supposed to be good. It has got me playing Fallout 3 again, and finding a lot of stuff I missed the first few times round, so that's good. Gives me more electronic anodyne to while away the holiday. :?

Let's see... I never finished the Pitt (too boring), Op. Anchorage was too short, Point Lookout was short and quick, Broken steel was okay. I don't really enjoy fallout 3 at all. Just going through it was a pain for me (fallout 1/2 fan). (PC mods are funs) Perhaps the best choice is a game you won't get bored quick. :P

Wait for Fallout: New Vegas to come out.

A bunch of the original Fallout (Fallout 2 actually, if I'm not mistaken) developers are working on it, so it should be pretty good...but they're being forced to use Bethesda's lame engine, so I guess we'll see how that turns out...

Perhaps usage of "The guys who were apart of Black Isle Studios" Maybe the guys at Obsidian Entertainment would given more time to iron out most of the bugs then previous publishers let them.

I Hope...

Well, I quite liked the original Fallout (and Wasteland); somehow never got around to playing F2, though. I don't find F3 painful to play, although I'm not a big fan of Bethesda (downhill since Daggerfall. ;) )

The real shame IME was that Troika didn't survive, Bloodlines was buggy but brilliant and I'd've loved to see more from them.

I liked Fallout 3, but haven't liked any of the DLC. Post level-20 the game is wildly unbalanced and far too easy, since Bethesda never really rebalanced the game for level 20+ characters.

I am just about HOOKED to Fallout 3, and cannot wait for Broken Steel/Point Lookout. The best part being you can level up your character to 30 instead of just 20. Right now, my character is at 20 with 100 in repair, science, sneak, lockpick, energy weapons, and small guns. I wonder if I can level up to 100 for the rest of my skills.

I voted for Broken Steel, but I admit I love destruction too. In Fallout, I find myself enjoying blowing the abandoned cars to smitherines. Maybe I'll try RFG.

Ya I read it was under the quality of the rest of Fallout 3, but will see when I get my game of the year edition (Admit I don't have Fallout 3 yet, just watched lot of LP to pass time when I was bored and didn't feel like playing a game myself)

I thought Mothership Zeta would have been cool! I think because I'm a fan of the game, I'd pretty much like all the DLCs. I think I might get the lunchbox, special edition set. But for those that have bought it, is it worth it?

Not really. I fixed most of the stuff in the DLC with more mods to configure my gameplay. Oh now I can go back and get all my achievements muahhaha. Jk.

Not sure about Point Lookout but Broken Steel is an absolute must. It extends the ending from the original Fallout 3 and gives it a better conclusion! It's worth the $10. :)
