Don't do it. I understand where you're coming from, but don't do it.
As much as it sucks to contemplate....ride it out. You shouldn't do things or make decisions when you are experiencing extremes of emotion whether happy or otherwise.
A bit of advice....channel your frustration and energy into developing a plan or developing a way to look at situations such as the one that you describe in a manner that will help you get through them. I used to have an extremely adversarial, me-versus-the-world attitude. It served me well--I overachieved in damn near everything and absolutely never got tripped up or put off by things that get 99 percent of the general population.
I look back on that period of my life--it lasted about 6 years--and am amazed at how it did not destroy me....but even more than that, I look back and am glad that I adapted the way that I did because had I not done so I would have never gotten as far as I have personally, professionally, or even spiritually. In other words, cultivate a mindset that destroys or minimizes the negatives so that you can preserve and develop the strength that you need to reach your goals, whatever they are.
It sounds like a load of psychobabble BS, I know, but it worked for me. I guess you could say that I got "psyched" enough to get through all of the battles that I was experiencing at the time, which is what led me to win the war in the long run. I much prefer the peace of the present, though!
One day at a time, one step at a time...
