Was trying to change my signature on my profile, and it said for subscribed members only. Not sure what happened.

I never came across this problem before I when I used to be a WP Supporter.
I wouldn't think they are paying members I wouldn't think, I think they only got the badge and they are only paying to keep the server running nice and smoothly.
Since I'm an Ex-WP Supporter, I wouldn't think that it would be for subscribed members, you could try and talk to either Alex about this issue that you are having with the signatures, hopefully he might reply.

every registered member is a subscribed member. It is a glitch that sometimes pops up, and goes away, but sometimes it continues and you have to ask Alex to fix it. (Old outdated software, mostly.) http://www.wrongplanet.net/modules.php? ... e=post&u=3
