The test is flawed. A guy with lots of muscles and a fat guy both weighing 200 pounds will have a different BMI as muscle weighs more than fat.

Test is not flawed. Sure, it doesn't work for body builders and pro wrestlers... but... how many of them are around? Test is accurate for 99% of the population. Besides they know who they are. If their BMI is over 25 and they aren't body builders, then they are in fact overweight. :?

A typical upper body muscle mass of a good looking guy who works out and lifts weights is somewhere around 10-20 lbs. Not nearly enough to push the BMI over 25 unless they are also overweight.

My BMI is 22. It got to 26 about 5 years ago. I turned that around.

It seems I'm the biggest one so far at a BMI of 26. But I'm pretty darn proud of that 26 because back in October it was 32, and it's still going down every week. :D

Mine is still pretty high but I've lost 50lbs in the past year and am going to loose more.

I just don't seem to gain weight even though I usually eat more than I need to. I also have very little muscle.
