I learned classical music the Old Fashioned way: I listened to The Lone Ranger when I was a kid

The Lone Ranger is as good as any other route :)

I studied piano growing up. Now I study violin. I only play classical because it's the only kind of music that seems to be able to come out of me. I love it.

I cam to classical music through groups like Mannheim Steamroller and other crossover albums and acts.

I learned it the other old fashioned way: Looney Tunes cartoons. Would I have listened to "The Marriage of Figaro" if it were sung by trained opera singers rather than Bugs Bunny and Elmer Fudd? No I would not.

The old school cartoons had a ton of classical in them and it was all great.
