Outlier, a poem by yours truly.
Knowing one's place is never bad,
But knowing the world is very abstract,
Looking out and seeing only ambiguity,
Acknowledging most see only promiscuity,
One must think,
Is it I that is out of sync,
If imagination, linguistics, and emotions are one,
Then surely God has forgotten the pun,
When I imagine life in the now,
Everything I'm living will be disavowed,
Knowing things will be anything but permanent,
My abstruse thoughts being the determinant,
Happiness must come semiyearly,
Wishing and waiting for it severely,
Still, I can't help but be saddened,
The one premature chance I had was abandoned,
Now I know what I must do,
The words I mutter will be overdue,
And I hope this time I won't be too late,
Even omission is better than being sedate.

There isn't a sharp line dividing humans from the rest of the animal kingdom. It's a very wuzzie line. It's a very wuzzie line,
and it's getting wuzzier all the time.
Mr. T-Rex
Knew all about sex
And was strenuously rapacious.
Never thought about God
But he's now under sod
Despite his actions audacious.
We human folk
Are much more a joke,
A gag invented by God.
So, like dinosaurs
And most carnivores
We too will be under the sod.
Though we boast of our brain
Our actions insane
Will soon guarantee our demise
When something from space
Will devour our race
With a generous plate of French fries.

LOL! I really enjoyed that!
