Need a drummer to form a band.
I NEED to get a career in music or else I'll be depressed for the remainder of my life.

I have the talent and ability but I feel so repressed in the area I live and it's just basically a quiet area suitable for retirement.

The area I live in is NOT me.
I want to be an animal on stage, and really live the music.

I want to go freaking mad through music and just have everything fall into place.

I'm so boooooooooooooooooooooooooooooored and nothing ever happens.

I want a life free from this boring, freaking mind numbing experience.

I feel for you. All I want to do is leave my damn house and already be at the university, for gosh sake! I start so late, it might as well be in october!

Have you ever thought of moving, sam?

I live in a place where everything is against young musicians, too. Firstly, you just have too carefully search for right people and not give up when initial attempts fail. Secondly, you don't have to play gigs in your town, you can try anywhere you want. You have to put some effort and you'll achieve what you want, I assure you. As for the music, I don't know what instrument you're playing, but no one says you can't compose alone.

Moog: I have had the idea of moving many times... where I live is nice but it is not where I want to live now - I need an atmosphere that better suits my interests and abilities.

Mike777: I play gigs in two areas. It would be nice if I could have everything happen more seriously though - like paid gigs, and I need to develop my sound to be more professional - to play more professionally and more consistently.

I am very certain that, if music is what you are doing, then you will do very well too from this.
I play guitar and I can sing... so I can play solo, which I do... but I'm getting bored of no social circle or anything in life outside of the internet.

I am looking forward to tomorrow for I am hoping to enroll once again in College. I am interested to see if I can get onto a course and see if I can handle College better now that I'm like 3 years older.

Ahh, well you've got college to come, so you'll probably be able to meet more like minded people there. I'd see how that goes.

Samtoo: Just as Moog said, I'm sure that you'll find many musicians in college. Who knows, maybe you'll become the next Frank Zappa?
