Did the Scarecrow in the Wizard of Oz (movie) have undiagnosed ADHD since the Scarecrow displayed hyperactive body movements and said he had no brain?

I thought this was going to be about feelings of paranoia around human effigies, such as scarecrows, shop dummies, statues etc.

I thought the lion had an anxiety disorder and the tinman was clinicaly depressed. Dorthy perhaps has AS and the same issues we do in that our bodies grow faster than our minds. Either that or a pitutary tumor making her grow at an excelerated rate. Why didn't MGN let Shirly Temple play the role?
