cactus flowered this summer

there's a user around who was on another board that discussed cacti. I forget her name but I'm sure she'd like to see.

It was in the middle if August when it blossomed and only lasted a day. The second one blossomed a week later.

Pretty sweet looking Cactii, do they flower annually? r I used to grow Cactii when I was six, I used to know their Latin names and all. They're quite nice plants to grow, I'm going to start growing them again after college...

Ooh, that's a Gymnocalycium, I love cacti! I've been growing them for years :)
