I get nightmares all the time but here lately their not scaring me any more so times though I wounder if its just a simple Nightmare disorder

I'm not sure there is such a thing. Maybe all those nightmares are due to a lot of anxiety in your life?

i had major issues with nightmares, sleep walking/talking/yelling/screaming from the age of 7 until i was 21, seemed to settle down once i was an adult, but i still sometimes wake up and the pillows are on the other side of the room.
