some ball is by my mouse cursor

There is this ball following my mouse cursor it sort looks like a mini wrong planet. Anyway what is
it? and how do i get rid of it its driving me crazy.

try this goto start click on run type control panel than click on mouse settings>pointers check to see what scheme is running. try default than apply than ok that maybe will fix it. If that does not work, it might be a setting in your web program depends on what you are using. Some web sites will mess with your pointer. And there are programs that will helpfully change your pointer to say a nature scheme on mouse settings that could be it.
