i dont know why but i like being depressed. ya i know that is a safe spot to got to because its known, but heres the thing ive been on antidepressents for years and i have gotten happy agein but in resent mouths i have had the rg to be come depressed and i like it, happiness is not new to me, just uncommon.

I don't know if this is a similar situation, but years ago I was taking St. John's wort and it tended to flatten out my emotions in a disturbing way. I eventually gave it up because it felt better to have the highs and lows of emotion rather than to have everything the same.

Not sure I understand here.. Maybe you aren't experiencing a sharp difference in the two?

When I go from lowest to highest it feels like a bloody sine wave- there's an obvious difference. I would choose positive over negative. Any time.
