I hate it, I hate it, I hate it. I hate everything it stands for. The idea of having a school vacation after a set of grueling midterms is acceptable but what do these people do with it? These people, who are in my own peer group (Age, Socioeconomic Class, Students, etc.), spend their time getting blitz drunk, vomiting on a beach, and trying as desperately as possible to get laid. The simple rowdiness of it upsets me, and only makes it worse because everyone expects someone like me to want to get drunk and conquer as many women as possible in a very limited amount of time in a fit to make myself into the alpha male of stupidity. Yes, clearly the tall fat guy wants to go out, get incredibly drunk, and hit on women because they are 21 *sigh*. Doesn't help the fact that I hate the whole business of sex and to have it glorified by people who should damn well know better is aggravating. These are the same people that are among the best and brightest that humanity has to offer and they spend an entire week acting like savages. Disgraceful.

Ok, my rant is done. Nothing to see here folks. Azernak0 is just yelling at the clouds.

Cheers.

I stayed at home and did something or other.. I'm not sure what anyone else was doing.. Then I went back to school, probably.. Ah, memories.

I prefer to stay at home and not worry about others and their probable drunkenness. After two days, I stop sleeping regularly and start following random sleep patterns because I have no reason to get up or do anything, so I get even more tired than during my exams, and come back so unbalanced I can barely function for a week. Charming, really.

I've always hated Spring Break.

I like it, but it's a bit worse this year than in the last 2 years because I went to Disneyland in 2011 and Arizona in 2012 for spring break and I am not going anywhere except for maybe day trips this year.

I have no idea what the other kids at my school do on spring break but what they do has no influence on what I do because I don't really hang out with them.

I used that week to do homework and rest when I was going to school. I didn't care about the other stuff that was going on. My sister used to watch that Spring Break crap on Much Music during those two weeks.

I stayed in Mesa, but I went up to Tucson for a day.

Peculiar location to stay in, its very flat and dry. Tuscon is very dusty and somewhat boring. What made you come that way? :o

If you come again go North. ;) .. Flagstaff, Payson, Williams, Sedona.

I love Spring Break week. Being an old geezer living in a college town, it's a nice change. I work in a sorority kitchen and it's closed this week, so I have nine days off to lay around reading books and watching movies. The streets are quiet and I don't have to fight for my little portion of the sidewalk. :D Good times.

I have always loved Spring Break because I had one week of free time and no school. Now today that doesn't mean much to me because I am not in school anymore so I don't get a spring break.

It's one of those strange things you love as a kid but hate as an adult.

My special interest, my favourite band was playing there. We went more for entertainment than landscape. Tuscon ended up being fun for me, but to each his own.......and it WAS related to my special interest.
