Title says it all. :) Please specify your height and weight as well.

Bench press: 100 kgs (I suck at this excercise, but I've only been doing it for slightly more than two months).
Squat: 150 kgs
Deadlift: 175 kgs (short legs and long arms are an awesome combination!)
Pull-ups (wide grip): 5 x BW + 32,5 kgs

Height: 178 cm
Weight: 84 kgs

In imperial measurements...

Height, 5'9, weight 195

Deadlift, 345lbs.

Squat, 275 5 reps (I did do some maxes, but I haven't really tried a max without a manta ray, my manta ray numbers are probably barely at parallel, though, but with a manta ray I got to 365 or something like that)

Clean and jerk - 155

Snatch is at 95 for reps right now, it's hard to max out a snatch, as you can't "muscle" it if you mess up. My incline bench is at 125, I don't do any benching besides incline benching, though. Standing overhead press is at 110.

Basically, I got big tree trunk legs and then skinny long arms. Can't win 'em all.

height 5ft 11.

This was 2 years ago when I was doing wrestling
I was 134lbs then. I would guess I could do 25 pull ups then
I at most was able to bench 145lbs as a max.

Lost a lot of muscle and a little weight after that. I was down to 129lbs worked to gain weight and muscle (back) got up to 142.

Now I am down to 134lbs or so. I can still do ten pull ups probably, but my bench press probably sucks.

Never really lifted like that but I was able to pick up 100 lbs packages and lift them over my head.

I have been very cautiously increasing the weight of my dumbbell flys for safety reasons, and was very impressed/surprised by the growth reaction.

At the moment I;

Dumbell flys

110lbs/50kg total
55lbs/25kg per side

3 set of ten incline
3 sets of ten decline
3 sets of ten flat bench

I alternate sets with back exercises for endurance and time efficiency.

For my biceps I currently;

Rotating dumbell curls - 20kg/44lbs or 22.5kg/49lbs per arm depending on how strong I feel on the day...sometimes I start with the higher figure to exhaustion then drop them for the lower figure to finish with a penalty addition to reps.

Typically 3 sets of 10, or the reps go to 12 if penalty required.

Reverse standing preacher curls;

Approx 20kg/44lbs per side with bar for 3 sets of ten.

Concentration curls;

22.5kg/49lbs to exhaustion -> 15kg/33lbs to exhaustion -> 7kg/15lbs to exhaustion

3 sets - last set I remain with the 15kg dumbbell and assist with my free hand for negative reps.

I alternate these exercises with those for my triceps.

I have been playing with the idea of changing my routine for a couple of months to one which consists of basic compound exercises only to shake things up and perhaps encourage strength.

Stuck at 320 lbs bench press at the moment (and have been for the past months). The last six months at the university has been extremely stressful, so I actually feel blessed over the fact that people with Asperger's have low cortisol levels. :P

You had hellish strength for your size, in that case, then. :)
