I've downloaded a new avatar, and it's not showing up.

I had a problem similar to this as well, and it went on for three days until I gave up and used one from the Gallery. Then, a month later, I tried again and it worked.

If linking to that doesn't work, try downloading it onto your computer and linking to it from there using the 'Upload Avatar from Computer' function. If that doesn't work, call 0800-ask-alex :wink:

you should probably ask alex if it happens again. the same thing use to happen to mine and now i can't have one

I can't put my avatar on as well, I have to have a fish one, I PMed Alex about it, but the reply said it it I got the wrong code but I did use the right code.
