Anyone like R&B of this era? I personally love the stuff.

It was just before my time, and never quite so popular in the Netherlands, except for the more mainstream acts of the genre (Color Me Badd, Glenn Medeiros, Shanice) but I have a couple I find memorable:

Also, you can do little wrong with Bobby Brown's Don't Be Cruel album. Every Little Step is also my favourite of his from that one. (My all time favourite Brown song being 2 Can Play which is not new jack swing anymore.) R. Kelly ripped him off big time in his Public Announcement days.

I'm really lucky because I got a nice radio station in my area that plays a lot of New Jack Swing, it plays older 60s and 70s R&B, and modern R&B, too. Don't like some of the modern R&B on that station, but for the most part, even the modern R&B is nice intelligent sounding stuff, unlike the stuff on the rap station here. But I'm glad that station exists and I got exposed to this kinda music. The only problem is, I can only get it in on a strong car radio, can't get it in my house (with my current nonexistent antenna) or my other cars with weaker radios. Oddly the only radios I can get it in are JVC and Pioneer aftermarket decks, and both of my mother's Ford stock radios. I occasionally go on their website and check the tracklist.
