Lately, I've felt like the things I like don't seem as enjoyable, and I seem to be nostalgic about the mid 1990s-early 2000s. Could I be depressed, or is it something else? Hmm...... I am just listless.

lack of enjoyment (anhedonia) is one characteristic of depression. also feeling persistently sad, changes in sleep, energy, and appetite, feelings of guilt and worthlessness, thoughts of self-harm are indicators. lack of enjoyment alone probably wouldn't be depression, though.

I also feel listless because I live in a desolate town w/nothing to do, and I seem to be stuck there. :(
