I have a hard time with people. My building has a lot of tenants with animals, especially dogs. I notice the dogs even before I notice the owners, and would rather make friends with the dog. I find that dogs don't really judge people, even though the dogs might bite.

Dogs make my heart leap out of chest. I'm always thinking one is suddenly going to break loose and come a-chargin'.

I always notice the dog before his/her person too. Just seems easier to be friendly to a dog I've not met before, than to a person I've not met before.

I love dogs. I make eye contact and smile at the dogs before I look at the human or humans.

I miss being around my family's two dogs.

"Shall we invite ... to our wedding too?" - "Who?" - "The brother of my moms new husband." - "Have we ever met him?" - "Yes, at the 60ies birthday partner of my mums new husband." - "Really?" - "Yeah, you know he sat beside my aunt, at the right side opposite to you." - "What did he look like?" - "......" - "I really cant remember him in anyway." - "I think he had some kind of dog with him..." - "Oh, you mean the owner of the beagle! I think Iris was her name?" - "-.-"

Talking about weddings. I'm going to a friends wedding, and her dog is going to be "best dog." Seriously! I can't wait, and feed the cutie food under the table.

I have a Jack Russel and she is my best friend. She is so adorable and cuddly, and sometimes she gets a little crazy and starts running around in circles and jumping and it's so funny and cute. I love her so much.

I love all dogs anyway. They're so friendly.

I agree with you. One of the reason I love dogs is because they don´t judge people (unlike people).

Me too. But dogs are the best. I think we should keep a permanent dog thread going.

I've had my havanese (toy dog) since my early teens, now in my mid-twenties, these are pretty much his last years. Honestly I don't know what life is going to be like without him, I know for certain it's going to send me over the edge, and it will probably be my greatest challenge to overcome it. I can't even think about it without welling up abit.

But I'm totally done with animals after him, I get way too attached.

My "school" has that type of dog for a therapy dog. My friends and I either love him or hate him. He's very smart, and can make paintings and do food puzzles.

I actually had a special interest on dogs as a child. I knew every single breed by heart.

And this is my dog Roxy :P
