So college didn't go all that great, gradewise. Not sure what it is, I used to really be big in art. I got male class artist as a senior, (although I was taking no fine art classes during my last two years) I managed to ace my Visual Communications program in high school. For my work in that class, I had the faith of my teacher for future success, and even a spot in the local news! (they do a regular segment featuring different types of student artists) More importantly, I was with a group of people with whom I shared a common interest, which was the closest thing I could call friends in my teenage life. I graduated high school, and it seemed I was more than ready to go swinging into a bright future.

:pale: Then over the course of one year in college, that passion got sucked out of me.

I have ideas I want to put on paper, but it seems like I can't be bothered to do anything but simple sketches anymore. During the first semester, I had trouble getting sketch assignments done in my spare time, due to my own laziness. By the end of the semester, there was a speech that I never bothered with, so I skipped out the last class for that. In one class I managed to get a D because my mother decided to pester the professor to grade a late assignment, which I only didn't hand in on time because I was late for class. Yeah, another incident with her was having her call staff, teachers and disability. I forget what it was for, but I agreed with the person from the disability office when she told me that was excessive. My mom's made a habit of calling people and trying to pry reasons (like my own laziness) from me when I screw up. It was getting awkward in high school, and shouldnt've happened in college. I would honestly rather have failed completely than have her keep helping and enabling me.

At this point, she's decided that since I need to do SOMETHING with my life (which I already knew) She'd give me a few options to talk with her about.

1.Stay in current program in college.

2. go to closer college, in whatever degree

3. Get my own job and stay home for now (job market around home is c r a p)

4.Other decisions of my own (might get A+ certification to repair pcs as a job)

Not sure what to do with my life, but something, im not sure what, has got to give.

pick any of your suggestions and commit to doing your best at it. none of those options are bad. you can always do something different later.
