I don't even have a television, but would hope that my sisters would watch it and be able to understand why I claim to have autism.

oh they probably won't. One of the CBS producers said the guy can't even talk so I expect they're highlighting the lesser common (but more visual!!) extremely low functioning individuals.

I just happened to come across this and thought it was most interesting.Actually, I recall once on CBS more specifically... There was an episode on 60mins concerning a story about people with Williams Syndrome a variant of Autism which, may I point out showed similarities to those with AS but, on the same not revealed the difficulties we all face referring to the entire Autistic community.
