I personally don't like it. But I think -regardless of taste- it looks good on women, or just plain bad. That really depends on body shape, skin tone, hair colour, face etc. Some people look best in very simple dresses, others look awesome in the more notable dresses where there's more going on in terms of colour, size, shape, glitter etc. Do you think this looks good on you? (I have no idea what you look like )
