For the first time ever last September my brother left for university. Him leaving seemed to have brought a change in me. For example my ocd got so out of control that I gave up using my laptop and playing video games. Since he returned in December I have been back into and enjoying my old interests such as computer games and using the Internet.
My bro is leaving this Thursday to go to university and I am worried that my ocd might go out of control when he leaves
How can I prevent this from happening when he goes?
It sounds like your brother is a very important support for you.
It is important for you to have other sources of support, a good therapist for example.
We can't 100% prevent things like this from happening
