Is there any way to make it easier to access any of the pages in between (1, 2, 3) and (145, 146, 147) without manually clicking through page by page by page by page? To get to page 50 for example, would probably take at least 47 clicks?

Well if you'd notice, the little numbers themselves are links to the appropriate pages.

Not sure if there is an easy way. But the last digits on the url is a number which is the post count number. I notice some count 50 or 15 post per page so if you wanted page 40 on a listed where it was counting by 15 then 15 * 40 = 600 You would edit the last number of the url to 600 to get directly to page 40. There maybe an easier way

so page 47 would be (47 * 50) - 50 = 2300
