Mental illness and gender

Psychiatric maladies can strike anyone at any time, obviously, but what psychological disorders do you think are: a) strongly associated with women, b) slightly more associated with women, c) gender-neutral (i.e. regarded by the general public as no more likely to affect one sex than the other), d) slightly skewed towards males, and e) very strongly associated with males?
