We need a list of active mods so we can PM one in case somebody posts some sick porn in one of the threads like what is happening in the General Autism Discussion forum RIGHT NOW.

All posts made by LolHayGuyz need to be hidden or deleted, this person is posting porn.

I'm not offended, I'm trying to gouge out my mind's eye.

I think the main problems are...
1) people could be at work or school(like I am) and go on it without knowing and get in trouble
2) Not everyone knows how to disable bbcodes
3) little kids could see this stuff
4) its making it more difficult to read the other posts in a thread

ah well I'm stayin away from gen-aut discussion until the mods return ;)

Surely one of the mods must be on right now?
And I shall say here, that I would be happy to moderate should I ever be considered or deemed suitable. I check my emails often each day, and am on this site for most of the day and evening on most days. This isn't a like plea to make me a mod as I know it is a responsibility and can be tricky, but the offer is there anyway.

Whoa. Hey, if you need another, I'll volunteer. I'm on here pretty much round the clock even though I don't always post. I've never been a mod before.

We need some sort of handbook. None of us got any

I didn't particularly want this, but I don't mind, as long as I don't HAVE to be on. I have periods where I just cannot be.

I suppose I have to stop spamming now. :(

I seem to have the 'mod' title but not the power to go with it. I'm flattered by the offer alex but I wouldn't want the responsibility. :)

any way to tell the ones who are on at the time? I guess the easiest way is to just click on their name and see if they posted recently...

edit : thanks for the link :)

Well.........................Right now I'm not in school, and when I go back I get out at 1:30, and I don't get homework so I'm going to be on more, so I can report spammers and trolls to people. >.>

Starting about 9 AM till 12:30 PM CDT I was trying my best to deal with the guy. I move what threads I could and deleted all his posts. I locked the main thread in question and moved but had second thoughts after what you posted in the thread Maldoror
"...let him post..." I had to go over my sister house about 12:30 PM so no telling what hell happen after that. But I can tell from your response early active moderation of such trolls is going to get a moderator accused of censorship it appears.
