Right now, I am trying to find help for mental health issues, and I am also trying to cope the best I can in the meantime.

However, people often say that what I am doing is inconveniencing them. Like, what I do to cope with sensory issues, stimming, and having anxiety that I can't really control.

There is also one person at that school who says that "We shouldn't have to accommodate you"(they usually say "we" when they are the only one who holds the opinion they are stating). And they claim to be helping me! They also often say that as I grow up, I will have more demands, and so they can't lower demands, and then raise demands so that it is even harder to cope.

What should I do about this?

I had to learn to embrace being "inconvenient." the people who think I'm "inconvenient" can go suck rotten eggs for all I care. I had to be willing to embrace poverty and isolation in order to accommodate my sensory issues. it is a tough lonely road but sometimes necessary.
