I would just like to own my own home and simply know the freedom of having more privacy, autonomy and "say-so" over my life. More than there is when you rent.

It's become pretty much my only fervently wished for desire at this point. I just want to own my own home, and it's never going to happen. They don't even issue mortgages to people of my age now, and I don't make enough to pay one off before dying anyway. I would have to win the lottery to buy my own place.

I'd like to get my illustrated stories actually published, and become the next J.K Rowling.
But I don't really know how, typing up all my hand-written stories and printing them out is a much bigger hassle than writing them by hand on on loose-leaf, and it's taking forever for a lady I know who's illustrations to a children's picture book I've made to even contact me. She said she got a publisher, so know why it's taking an eternity and I feel like she just wasted my time and energy.

When ever I read about things you should do before you die, they are nearly always things that could severely shorten your lifespan or end it very badly. I think that is truly dumb, and I'd rather live a long and healthy life without too much excitement than a short life doing something terrifying. Adrenaline is not my thing.

Yabbut, it would all be for the sake of recognising my mum's heritage.
